Bill for value, not implementation details
You pay for optimized bytes delivered through managed cloud, counted once from edge to client — never per transform, request, or team member and never through a pooled credit meter.
No lock-in, ever
The exact engine behind the managed cloud is open source under AGPL. Point Keenpix at your existing origin and retain a self-host path; moving still requires planned configuration, data, cache, and traffic routing work.
Transparency by default
One published managed-delivery overage rate and built-in analytics that show delivered bytes, projected charges, and bytes saved per project. Paid delivery remains online as usage grows.
How product facts stay current
The public repository is the inspection surface for the engine, deployment files, tests, and release history. Product documentation describes the routes and configuration shipped by that code. The changelog records material product changes, while dated documentation and blog sources show when implementation or commercial facts were last checked.
Commercial comparisons follow a separate review policy: primary vendor pricing and documentation come first, assumptions are visible, and every page says when the other product is the better fit. Pricing, plan limits, and vendor features can change between reviews, so readers are directed to the cited source rather than asked to trust an undated summary.
Corrections are handled through the public support address. A useful report includes the page URL, disputed statement, and a primary source. Product incidents, security reports, and editorial corrections use different paths so a content issue is not confused with an operational or vulnerability report.
Verify the product before you trust it
Keenpix does not publish customer counts, uptime percentages, certifications, or benchmark results until the underlying evidence can be inspected. Start with the public source, current release history, security model, service-status guidance, and editorial method below.
